I was sitting in the parking lot
eating my very delicious lunch,
at my very favorite health food store,
when I looked up and read this sign.
Funny, I was already doing it....
Enjoying the moment, that is.

I wish more instructions were posted around mundane tasks of daily life. Such as on the train ride into work - "Have a fun daydream", or in bars - "You are drunk enough to try dancing"
